Single-Component Ready-Mix Plaster

SUPA PLAST

A polymer-modified, factory-blended cementitious plaster delivering smooth, crack-free finishes with superior adhesion and reduced shrinkage on all masonry and concrete substrates — for both interior and exterior applications.

Anti-Shrink Formula

Polymer-modified binder system significantly reduces drying shrinkage — eliminating the map cracking common with site-batched plasters.

Excellent Adhesion

Bonds firmly to brick, block, concrete, AAC panels, and most masonry substrates without the need for a separate bonding agent on sound surfaces.

Extended Workability

Open time of up to 90 minutes at standard conditions — enough for large wall areas without rushing. Workable, smooth consistency throughout.

Application Guide

How to Apply

01
Prepare the Surface

Clean substrate free of dust, oil, loose material and efflorescence. Rake out mortar joints to 10 mm depth. Pre-wet the surface to SSD condition.

Mix SUPA PLAST

Add contents of the bag to approximately 6–6.5 litres of clean water. Mix with a slow-speed drill until a lump-free, creamy consistency is reached.

Apply by Trowel

Apply the mix to the dampened surface using a plastering trowel. Build up in layers of 6–20 mm. For thicker builds, apply in multiple passes.

Float & Cure

Once the initial set begins, float to the required finish. Cure by light water misting for a minimum of 3 days to achieve full strength.

Safe Handling

Health, Safety & Storage

As with all cementitious construction products, observe basic precautions during mixing and application.

Protective Equipment

Wear gloves, safety glasses and a dust mask during mixing. Wet plaster is alkaline and can cause skin and eye irritation on prolonged contact.

Splash Treatment

Flush any splashes to skin or eyes immediately with clean running water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists after thorough flushing.

Dust Precaution

When opening bags or machine spraying, ensure adequate ventilation and wear an appropriate dust mask to avoid inhalation of dry powder particles.

Storage Conditions

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep bags off the ground on pallets. Do not stack more than 10 bags high.
