Powerful Degreasing

Removes stubborn oils, greases, fuels and organic contaminants that prevent waterproofing coatings from bonding — essential pre-treatment for contaminated surfaces.

Biodegradable & Safe

Environmentally responsible formula — biodegrades safely and does not pose a hazard to drains or the surrounding environment when used as directed.

Concentrated Formula

Highly concentrated — dilute up to 1:10 with water for general cleaning, or use neat for heavy contamination. One container covers a very large area.

Dilution Guide

Mix It Right

1:10
General Cleaning

1 part SUPA CLEAN to 10 parts clean water. Ideal for routine surface preparation before applying waterproofing or coatings on lightly soiled concrete and masonry.

1:5
Heavy Soiling

1 part SUPA CLEAN to 5 parts clean water. Use for surfaces with moderate oil, grease or dirt build-up — garage floors, plant rooms, rooftops and heavily used areas.

Neat
Severe Contamination

Apply undiluted directly to surfaces with severe grease, fuel or chemical contamination. Allow extended dwell time of 10–15 minutes before agitating and rinsing.

Application Guide

How to Use

01
Dilute as Required

For general cleaning dilute 1 part SUPA CLEAN with 10 parts water. Use neat or less diluted for heavily contaminated or greasy surfaces.

Apply & Agitate

Apply solution to the surface using a mop, brush or spray. Allow to dwell for 5–10 minutes, then scrub with a stiff brush to loosen contamination.

Rinse Thoroughly

Rinse the surface with clean water until all traces of SUPA CLEAN and loosened contamination are completely removed. No residue must remain.

Allow to Dry

Allow the surface to dry to the appropriate condition before applying SUPA BOND, SUPA FLEX or any subsequent waterproofing treatment.

Safe Handling

Health, Safety & Storage

SUPA CLEAN is alkaline in concentrate form. Follow standard precautions during handling, dilution and application.

Protective Equipment

Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate. Diluted product is significantly less hazardous but gloves are still recommended.

Splash Treatment

Flush any splashes to skin or eyes immediately with copious clean running water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Accidental Ingestion

If swallowed do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water and seek immediate medical attention. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Storage Conditions

Store in original sealed containers in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
