Two-Part Acrylic Cementitious

SUPA FLEX

Flexible waterproof coating that bonds tenaciously to concrete and masonry, resisting both positive and negative water pressure. BS 6920 certified safe for potable water structures.

How to Apply

01
Surface Preparation

Clean surface free of oil, grease and dust. Wet the surface but ensure no standing water prior to application.

02
Mix Two Parts

Add powder (Part-A) slowly into liquid (Part-B). Mix with slow-speed drill until creamy. Pot life: 45 minutes.

03
First Coat

Apply at 1 kg/m² covering all holes and cracks. Embed Supamat reinforcement mesh into the first coat.

04
Subsequent Coats

Once first coat is dry, apply 2nd and 3rd coats at 0.75–1 kg/m² each. Do not retemper with water.

Rapid-setting cementitious repair mortar engineered for fast, permanent repair of cracks, honeycombing, and damaged concrete surfaces in all waterproofing applications.

How to Apply

01
Prepare the Repair Area

Cut back damaged concrete to sound material. Saw-cut edges to 90°. Remove all loose material, dust, and contamination. Pre-wet the substrate.

02
Apply Bonding Primer

For enhanced adhesion, apply SUPA BOND to the prepared surface and allow to become tacky before applying SUPA FIX.

03
Mix SUPA FIX

Add powder to clean water (ratio per TDS) and mix until lump-free. Use within 20–30 minutes. Do not add extra water after mixing.

04
Apply & Finish

Apply to the prepared area by trowel, pack firmly into voids. Finish flush with surrounding surface. Cure by misting with water for 3 days.

How to Apply

01
Prepare Surface

Clean the substrate — remove all dust, laitance, oil, and loose material. Surface should be sound, clean, and slightly damp (SSD condition).

02
Apply SUPA BOND

Apply undiluted by stiff brush, roller, or spray to the prepared surface. Ensure full coverage with no misses or puddles. One coat is usually sufficient.

03
Allow to Become Tacky

Wait 20–30 minutes until the bonding agent becomes sticky to the touch but has not fully dried. This is the ideal window for overcoating.

04
Apply Overlay

Apply SUPA FLEX, SUPA FIX, fresh concrete, or screed while SUPA BOND is still tacky to achieve maximum interlaminar bond strength.

How to Use

01
Dilute as Required

For general cleaning, dilute 1 part SUPA CLEAN with 10 parts water. Use neat / less diluted for heavily contaminated or greasy surfaces.

02
Apply & Agitate

Apply solution to the surface using a mop, brush, or spray. Allow to dwell for 5–10 minutes, then scrub with a stiff brush to loosen contamination.

03
Rinse Thoroughly

Rinse the surface with clean water until all traces of SUPA CLEAN and loosened contamination are completely removed.

04
Allow to Dry

Allow the surface to dry to the appropriate condition before applying SUPA BOND, SUPA FLEX, or any subsequent waterproofing treatment.

Protective Equipment

Treat any splashes to skin or eyes immediately with fresh running water. Seek medical assistance if irritation persists after thorough flushing.

Accidental Ingestion

If accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call for medical assistance immediately and inform them of the product consumed.

Storage Conditions

Store under cover, out of direct sunlight, away from extreme temperatures. In tropical climates, store in air-conditioned environment.
